These terms describe the current HIOP controlled-pilot service boundary.
Customers may use HIOP only for workflows they are authorized to operate and must keep account credentials confidential.
A model recommendation is not permission to execute. Only HIOP decisions and configured approval gates determine whether a supported effect may proceed.
production_certified = false. Features identified as adapter-ready, sandboxed or awaiting certification must not be treated as certified production execution.
Self-service plans are purchased through secure checkout. Provider infrastructure and unsupported external services are not silently activated or charged.
Authority and lifecycle events may create durable evidence records needed for audit, security and dispute resolution.
