Hood Intelligence collects the account, company, support and product-usage information needed to provide HIOP, secure company workspaces and maintain evidence records.
Account identity, company membership, configured workflows, authority decisions, evidence receipts, billing state and support communications.
Authentication, authorization, service delivery, security, billing, support and auditability. Passwords and secret credentials must not be entered into sales or support messages.
Authenticated users can access data controls, export available account information and create governed deletion requests from Hood Console.
Evidence may be retained to preserve security, contractual and audit obligations. Submit privacy requests through the authenticated support path or the public Help page.
